ABOUT MERCHANT TESTCARDS
Merchant Testcards was created for one simple purpose: to make the process of sourcing EMV test cards simpler for merchants. It was created based on the vast experience of our lead card personalizer to match the typical needs that merchants have expressed, and to reflect the Live card offering on the market today, so that the testing of and training for your payment terminals can be accurate.
Our card offering is priced very competitively, we ship worldwide, and we do not use this business to try and upsell expensive services or equipment to you.

I have 10 years of strong, technical experience in the card payment industry, I worked in development and QA for the two leading chip card manufacturers, Gemalto and Oberthur. I also held a position of security analyst for EMV products in a lab, which provided a deep understanding of the internal working of payment cards. |
My longest-held position was with Acquirer Systems, a small company which created the best, and most complete, payment simulator on the market, now owned by UL. During that time, part of my duties were to manage the EMV test card division, where I created cards for many certification processes (VISA, MasterCard, Discover/Diners, JCB, Amex…) as well as our own test packs for general testing.
I am now also an instructor on PayTech Academy, where I teach technical topics such as card payment, EMV and ISO 8583.
